I painted this in Glen Rose on Monday morning. I met Doug Clark, Olivette Hubler, Joyce Thomas, Sabine Higgins, and Maryann Brummer early in the morning. The temperatures were in the 60's and it felt wonderful. Afterwards they all followed me home for a well deserved lunch. I was amazed that they all were willing to get up so early, be on site ready to paint. It was a fun day with my painting pals.

Good value contrast with excellent grays. Love the red building which adds high interest. A very pleasing plein air painting.
