We traveled to Palo Duro Canyon last weekend and rented a room on the rim. It didn't take me ten minutes after arriving before I had the paint box out and I was painting. The sun was setting quickly and the paint was flying. How exciting!

Painted early morning out on the Brazos River. I didn't come prepared for the cool breeze and at times I was running in place to keep warm.
Running and painting, thats a first. This was painted with my handy pallet knife.

Painted today on an old bridge over the Brazos River in Granbury, Texas. We had the freedom to walk the length of the bridge until we found a spot to paint. Nothing but foot traffic there.
