Poppy Sunrise 11x14 oil on canvas

Seeing a field of bright red poppies requires a stop, especially at sunrise. This is on a busy highway and hard to get to. My sweet husband did a turn around and parked in a driveway so I could get out and take some photos. I painted it with a palette knife and lots of colorful paint.
