We travelled to the southwest this summer and loved seeing the different landscape. This was outside of Flagstaff, Arizona.  Capturing the warm earth colors I used a palette knife to capture the warm earth colors of the southwest.

This was inspired from by trip to Southern Utah. We stayed on a beautiful farm near Bryce Canyon called Cottonwood Meadow. It was a restful oasis and a wonderful vacation spot. This house was in view of our cabin. I loved the tall cottonwood trees against the red house.

I first saw this car about 4 years ago, screaming down the road. I was in my office and could hear it coming. Injected Customs, a Ft. Worth based shop had rebuilt this classic beauty and was using our road to test the car.  My husband is now working for them and took the photo right before they delivered it.
