I created this in the studio using a small study I completed on location at Chandor Gardens in Weatherford, Texas. The strong morning light on this little cottage created great highlights on the garden grasses and flowers.  This was a joy to create using a palette knife and tons of colorful paint.

I created this in Tandy Hills in Ft Worth during the Prairie Festival. They celebrated their 10 year anniversary of preserving this natural grassland in the heart of east Ft.
