Azalea Path, Contemporary Landscape Art by Sheri Jones

Azalea Path

9x12 oil on canvas panel

I painted this at the Dallas Aboretum recently. I was pleasantly surprised to find many large azalea plants in full bloom. This path through the Azalea garden was brilliant with the morning sun.  $250.00.

Peony Poppies

14x7 oil on canvas

I painted this in my front garden on Sunday.  These double leaf poppies are an old fashion flower and reseed themselves. Their return to my garden is always a delight.

Tipsy by Sheri Jones

Tipsy

14x11 oil on Raymar canvas panel

I liked the odd angle of these wine bottles in a photo and knew I wanted to paint it. The bright colorful labels were a bonus.  It was fun to paint and makes me feel tipsy. It was painted with a palette knife and lots of colorful paint.
