I painted this at Chandor Gardens in Weatherford, Texas. This is a beautiful garden area now owned by the city. The original owner, Douglas Chandor created the gardens over 70 years ago. He was a renowned portrait artist, but his true love was the garden. The city is doing a beautiful job of maininting and preserving this little bit of heaven. I look forward to returning soon.
