Garden Spider

This spider makes an appearance in my garden every year. They are huge and spin a mighty tough web. They eat a lot of bugs too and that is a good thing. I painted this with a palette knife and lots of colorful paint.

I've never painted a spider, probably because I just don't like them. I do think they spin gorgeous webs. Lovely painting!
