Iris Garden by Sheri Jones

Iris Garden by Sheri Jones

9x12 oil on canvas

This painting was inspired from a photo I took at the Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens. The photo was really out of focus but the design and color was good. It just goes to show you inspiration can come for anything, even bad photos! I created this with a palette knife and lots of red paint.

This painting is available for purchase $125.00

7 x 5 oil on canvas board The Irises are blooming and just beautiful at the Botanical Gardens in Ft. Worth. I had a nice break over my lunch hour painting this. What a great way to spend a lovely spring day.
