I had the pleasure of visiting Rough Creek Lodge today. I was inspired by this almost hidden bluebonnet patch. There are miles and miles of bluebonnets and wildflowers all along Hwy 67 thru Glenrose, but when you get on the back roads they are sparse. Painting outside and on location is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning.
